Return / Exchange Policy

Products may only be returned within a month of the purchase date. Please make sure all the tags are left attached to the product(s) and have it placed back in the original packaging it was shipped in. Please include a copy of your purchase invoice that came with your package and a note specifying what you would like done with the product (returned or exchanged). We do NOT cover the shipping charges or transaction fee for any returns/exchanges, they must be paid by the customer. Please insure the package for shipping! Please contact us BEFORE shipping the item(s) in question so we will be expecting your package.* For U.S. Residents: It is very important that you mark the outside of the package with “RETURNING GOODS” in large bold lettering. The return form must also be filled out as RETURNING GOODS. Otherwise, it will be charged with a customs fee that would be paid for by the customer.
